Do I Need a Visa for Côte d’Ivoire?
A visa is required to enter Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) for all U.S. citizens.
You are able to apply for both tourist and business visas online.
Your visa is valid for three months after it is issued. With a visa, you can stay in the Ivory Coast for 30 days. The Côte d’Ivoire government may require extra materials from business travelers and/or provide less time in-country.
You will not be able to extend your visit on your visa. You will have to apply for a new visa.
Proof of return or onward travel may be required for your visa. It may also be required when entering the country.

What Do I Need for a Côte d’Ivoire Visa Application?
Depending on which visa you’re applying for, the documents you need may be different. A business visa can require different documents than a travel visa.

At a minimum, all Côte d’Ivoire Visas will require: a passport, yellow fever vaccination card, and flight information. Minors may be required to have additional items.
