From Katy - Take I-10 East bound. Exit Bunker Hill (just after Gessner). We are on the right after the light in the Independent Bank building.
From Downtown - Take I-10 West bound toward San Antonio. Exit Bunker Hill and make a u-turn. We are in the Independent Bank building.
From Beltway 8 North bound - Take I-10 East towards Downtown. Exit Bunker Hill. On the right after the light, we are in the Independent Bank building.

From within the Woodlands (while Grogan's Mill is under construction) - Go to I-45 via Woodlands Pkwy and turn right onto I-45, then exit Sawdust. Turn right and you will go through 2 stoplights that are close together. At the third light Sawdust takes a sharp turn to the left and then curves quickly to the right. You will immediately see a stoplight ahead. Walmart is on the left and Grogans Park is on the right at the stoplight. The second building on the left is 5 Grogans Park.
Coming from the South on I-45 - Exit Rayford-Sawdust and turn left at the light. Go straight and follow the above directions.
Coming from the North on I-45 - Exit Rayford-Sawdust and turn right at light. Go straight and follow the above directions.
