Passport Health Oklahoma provides full-service work visa medicals including physical exam, laboratory testing, immunizations, tuberculosis (TB) testing, vision and hearing testing, and EKG. Exam requirements vary based on the country of travel and we offer these exams in our Oklahoma City office.
Saudi Arabia Visa Medical Exam
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia medical visa (KSA medical) involves many components including specific laboratory testing generally not completed in physician offices such as testing for cholera, malaria, and schistosomiasis. What Should I Expect for the Medical Visa Exam for Saudi Arabia?
- Physical exam
- Blood, urine, and stool samples
- Vision testing
- Hearing testing
- Assessment for tuberculosis (TB)
- Pregnancy test (women only)
- Immunizations- optional for most applicants but recommended for travel
- Chest X-ray
You will receive three copies of the medical report and two copies of all laboratory tests.
China Visa Medical Exam (China Foreigner Physical Examination Form)
Travelers with extended travel itineraries to China for work or school are required to complete the Foreigner Physical Exam.
