Passport Health does not accept any insurance as payment, and does not file your insurance. You will be provided with an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash is accepted as well as all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
We do not publish our fees on our website, as our prices change often due to fluctuating vaccine costs.
