From Central St. Louis - Head west on I-44.Take exit 279 for Berry Rd and turn left. Make a right at Big Bend Rd, then a left onto S Sappington Rd. Passport Health will be on the right, just across Old Rte. 66.
From the Southwest - Head East on I-44. Take exit 277A for Old Rte. 66. Passport health is on the right just before New Sappington Rd. To access the building, exit at New Sappington Rd going south.
