Fit-to-Fly medical certificates and Fit-To-Travel health forms may be required by many airlines and countries for entry. These documents allow the traveler to provide proof for fitness to travel and have had a negative COVID-19 test that was reviewed by a medical professional prior to travel.
After your negative COVID-19 test we will provide you with a document that certifies the individual does not have an active COVID-19 infection. This will be reviewed documented by a medical professional.
