From I-95 South - Take exit 21 for Mill Plain Road and turn left. Then turn left onto U.S. 1 North/Post Road. Turn right onto Ruane Street then take the first left onto Sherman Street West. The clinic is located in the yellow brick building to your left.

Weekend Appointments - Clients who are scheduled on Saturdays will gain access to the office by using the dial in located outside of the front entrance of the building. They will scroll and find Passport Health, it will ring to our office and the nurse working will answer and be able to give them access.
Parking - Parking for 750 Main Street is available on the street on Gold Street or Atheneum Square. Parking garages are available on Pearl Street, Lewis Street, and Pratt Street, and a surface lot is available on Asylum Street.
